16 months and counting..

alhamdulillah..dah 16 bulan BF aariz:)
i still managed to pump at office as well..
but just for the sake to empty my breast..
aariz no longer amek EBM since umur die setahun..
so aku pump dan buang..
mase bulan 12 haritu..aku buang 70 botol expressed breast milk (EBM)..
SEDIH..tapi dari penuh kan freezer tu yang end up memang kena buang sbb expired..
baik awal2 aku buat spring cleaning..muahaaha..

aku masih bawak beg pump and chiller ke ofis..
masih pump di cubicle..
malas dah nak pump sorok..
pump je kat tpt aku ni..then cover dgn coat..
walaupon kiri kanan lelaki..
belasah la..ada yang cakap aku buat sexual harassment.. voley? dalam nada main la..

ade lagi 6 bulan nak cukup kan 2 tahun..
wean off? itu terpulang pada aariz..
as long die nak..i will keep on giving..

ada a few of my friends yang bersalin..
nak fully breastfeed anak..but then their problem is that..
pump yang diorang beli bukan hopital grade..
jadi bile pump..tak keluar susu..

maybe ada setengah orang ..guna pump biasa yang murah boleh keluarkan susu..
untung kan? tapi macam aku..i have to use pump yang hospital grade..
baru la boleh stimulate untuk keluarkan susu..
you dont have to buy Madela yang mahal tu..i just use spectra3 till today..
tapi banyak kali g hanta servis and repair la..
haku ni butter finger sikit..pegang barang mudah rosak! hiiiieeeeee:p

and i need to pump setiap kali lepas feeding for 15 minutes each breast..just to empty my B!
YES thats me..i need to work hard to exclusive BF my baby:)

and yes..sepanjang 16 bulan ni, i do faced ups and downs in term of milk production..
there are times susu tersangat la sikit especially bile aku malas nak pump these past few months..
bile kat umah..i just direct feed aariz..
and that some how kurang kan my milk production..

i did not give up..i took supplement such as fenugreek to boost up my production..
and alhamdulillah it works:)

anyways, i hope to have madela freestyle for next baby which is aku pon tak tahu bile lagi..
its not so bulky la nak bawak pegi keje kan..selain semangat nak pump pakai madela u..hik hik hik..
